Planning: Final Thriller Idea

Introduction:
This is the final idea that my group has come up with for the making of our thriller.

Title:
Beyond the grave

Narrative:
The film begins with the opening credits played over a home movie of a little girl playing in a park the home video has a news report saying a little girl has died in a car crash played over it and makes the audience feel on edge after the home movies we see a older girl standing next to her new car smiling and happy the scene ends with the girl running into the road to collect her doll she dropped and the audiemce see a flash of light hit the girl and fades into the first scene.

The scene begins with us seeing the older walking past a swing park on her phone to her friend as she is walking past the park we see the point of view from a a person watching the older girl she then drops her phone and then as she picks up the phone and looks around as ifsheknows someone is watching her.She then continues to walk and hears a little girl giggling and she stops and shakes her head in disbelief she then see's that the swing in the park is movingonits own she then beggins to hear gigglingagain and starts to panic.

she turns to start to walk again but faster as she is panicing she then trips on something she then looks down and see's there is a doll at her feet she then picks up the doll and looks at it and looks around begins to breave heavy and panic even more and runs home.

When she arrives home she runs in panicing and goes up stairs to wash her face to try to calm down and starts to wash her face her breathing slows and she looks up to see that the little girl from the home videos is watching her behind her and the older girl then screams and faids to black and then we see the little girl dragging the doll behind her with blood on it then shows the title of the film.

Location: isolated swing park to makethe audience feel on edge and unsafe and family home to make the audience feel the character is safe.

Costume: little girl has messed uphair and a white dress to make her look innocent older girl wears light colour clothing with jeans and a shirt

Paranormal activity, A tale of two sisters, unborn and insidious.

The narrative structure of the film is todorovs theory.

why is the opening conventional to a thriller:
The opening is conventional because it has a female victim and a little girlas the protagonist the opening has typicallighting low lighting to create a thriller atmosphere.
what themes does your thriller present:
The themes are film has are good vs evil, revenge vengance, haunted and super natural.
what response will you get from the audience:
The audience should still be thinking about the film even after the end of it they should feel on edge throughout the film and leaved them wanting to know more.
